Concord Court is located at 55 Bowen Street and contains 156 units. Concord consists of 33 one-bedrooms, 83 two-bedrooms and 40 three-bedroom units. Seaside Plaza is located at 18-20 Father Capodanno Boulevard. This property contains two existing buildings featuring 274 units containing 72 one-bedrooms, 177 two-bedrooms and 25 three-bedrooms.
