Cross Bronx Apartments is a seven-story multi-family project newly constructed in 2006. It consists of 59 units located at 1457 & 1471 Ogden Ave in the Bronx, New York. Nagle Courtyard Apartments was newly constructed in 2006 and is a 100 unit multifamily building located at 228-238 Nagle Avenue between Dyckman St. and West 204th Street in Manhattan, New York. The Project consists of 16 studios, 34 one-bedrooms, 50 two-bedrooms and one superintendents unit. All units at the Project are for households earning no more than 55% of AMI and features approximately 12,000sf of ground floor commercial space.

White Plains Courtyard LP

White Plains Courtyard Apartments is a seven-story multifamily building located at 2040 White Plains Road at the intersection of White Plains Road and Bronx dale Avenue. It was newly constructed in 2006 to serve households earning no more than 55% of AMI. The project has 100 units consists of 6 studios, 44 one-bedrooms, 43 two-bedrooms, 6 three-bedrooms and 1 superintendents unit. Currently Staples Office Store occupies the project’s ground floor commercial space.

Ruby Dumont LP

Ruby Dumont, located on Ruby Street in the East New York section of Brooklyn, consists of 13- three story attached townhomes. Each town home contains three- two bedroom units for a total of 39 units in the project. The project, constructed in 2003 also features on-site parking and serves households with incomes no more than 55% of AMI.

Bronx Preservation LP

Bronx Preservation LP, more commonly known as Morrisania is project based section 8 portfolio consisting of 17 buildings located throughout the Morrisania section of the Bronx. In total the portfolio contains 675 units and is surrounded by the Cross Bronx Expressway, Southern Boulevard and near the Grand Concourse and Third Ave. The project is restricted to households earning no more than 60% of AMI and was recently renovated in 2015 with numerous interior and exterior upgrades. Project amenities include several on-site laundry facilities and an on-site management office.

The Woodlands

The Woodlands Apartments, a newly constructed affordable development containing 101 units is located at 2219 Given Ave in the Bronx, New York. It is for senior households with incomes no greater than 60% AMI. It is the sister property of Council Towers 7 another senior project located on the same lot. The Project consists of a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and a superintendents unit. The development also features beautifully landscaped grounds, on-site parking and laundry facilities as well as a community room equipped with computer learning center and large screen TV.

Rubin Wolf Apartments

White Plains North is a 69-unit apartment house that will be located at 3629 White Plains Road, Bronx, New York 10467, on the west side of White Plains Road, just north of East 213th Street. This is a mixed-use multifamily project that will be serve families with incomes at or below 60% of the AMI.

The Project will be a six story building of approximately 74,720 square feet. There will be 2 elevators serving 69 units. There will be 15 studios, 15 one-bedroom, and 39 two-bedroom units. One 2-bedroom unit will be reserved for a live-in superintendent. There will be approximately 59,619 residential square feet occupying floors 2-6 while the ground floor will include 14,174 square feet of retail space and 843 square feet of community service facility space. The project amenities include on site laundry facilities, a community room, storage facilities and access to discounted internet service for all tenants. Tenants will be supplied with heat, hot water and cable hook up. There are 26 parking spaces available underground for the preferential use of the tenants. The project site is accessible to buses on White Plains Road and subway service at Gun Hill Road, two blocks away, as well as schools, parks, libraries, and places of worship within a 10-block radius.

Hewitt Westchester LP

Hewitt Westchester Avenue LP is a newly constructed multifamily project consisting of 83 units located at 886 Westchester Avenue between Hewitt Place and Rev James A Polite Ave in the Bronx, New York. The Project consists of 13 studios, 27 one-bedrooms, 42 two-bedrooms and one superintendents unit. The development also features approximately 13,000 s/f of ground floor commercial space.

Ogden Avenue LP

Ogden Avenue Apartments is an eight story multifamily building located at 1434 Ogden Avenue between Martin Luther King Blvd. and West 171st Street. It consists of 28 studios, 38 one-bedrooms, 61 two-bedrooms, 2 three-bedrooms and 1 superintendents unit. The project was newly constructed in 2006 to serve households earning no more than 55% of AMI and also features approximately 10,000sf of ground floor commercial space.

Belmont Washington LP

Belmont Washington Apartments, located in the Fordham section of the Bronx at 2271 Washington Avenue between East 182nd St and East 183rd St, consists of 118 units of affordable housing. The project has a combination of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments. All 118 residential units in the project will be set aside for households earning no more than 55% of the AMI.
