Oceanview Heyson

Oceanview Heyson, located in Far Rockaway, New York consists of two adjacent multi-family Section 8 buildings and one low- rise garden style senior Section 8 building. The Project was fully rehabilitated in 2014 and is located at 14-10 New Haven Avenue, 249 Beach 15th street and 1403-1420 Heyson Road. The buildings collectively feature 328 units, consisting of 57 one-bedrooms, 70 two-bedrooms, 22 three-bedrooms and an on-site superintendent’s unit. The project is for eligible households not earning more than 60% of AMI and features on-site parking, a community room and laundry facilities.
